1. About ToonyHub

ToonyHub is a digital comics platform available at https://toonyhub.com. These Terms govern your use of the website and purchases from Adgenious s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company, with its registered office at Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company identification number (IČO) 19103999, VAT number CZ19103999, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 381538 ("ToonyHub", "we", "us").

Contact us at support email or by telephone at support phone. Written notices may also be sent to our registered office.

The Payment and Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, Blocked Content Policy, Content Removal Policy, Complaint Policy and Copyright Policy form part of these Terms where relevant. The Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice explain our use of personal data and device technologies; accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional data processing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is for adults aged at least 18 and at least the legal age required to access the relevant content in their location. Do not access age-restricted content if you do not meet those requirements. We may restrict access or request proportionate age verification where necessary.

Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. Your account is personal. Do not sell, transfer or share access credentials. Protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own use and for misuse attributable to your breach of these Terms; you are not automatically liable for every unauthorised action by another person.

3. Content and access

The website offers digital comics, illustrations and related material. Some access is free; other access requires a subscription. The product description and checkout identify what each purchase includes. A subscription does not include separately priced purchases unless the offer expressly says so.

Content is supplied online. You need an internet connection and a supported browser. Relevant compatibility requirements, functionality and access restrictions are shown in the product information before purchase. Your internet or mobile provider may charge you separately. Offline downloads are available only where expressly offered.

Stories are fictional and may contain mature themes. Where material is created or altered using artificial intelligence, disclosures required by applicable law apply. The inclusion of fictional conduct in a story does not authorise users to engage in that conduct or post prohibited material.

4. Orders and subscriptions

You can review and correct your order before submitting it. The final checkout identifies the purchase, total payable price, currency, applicable taxes, access period and, for subscriptions, the recurring price and renewal interval. Any introductory offer identifies when its price ends and the price that follows.

Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay as indicated by the checkout button. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order and send its confirmation. We provide the purchase details and applicable contractual information in a form you can retain, such as email. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and reverse or return any payment collected for it.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval selected at checkout unless cancelled. The Payment and Refund Policy explains billing, cancellation and statutory refund rights. To stop automatic renewal, email support email. Subscription access continues through the current paid period; there is no charge for the following subscription period.

5. Your licence and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and payment where required, you may access purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use through the service. This permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of copyright, trademarks or the website software.

Except where we authorise it or applicable law permits it, you must not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, republish or create commercial derivatives of the content. Do not bypass payment or access controls, scrape or systematically extract content, mirror the website, use content to train machine-learning systems, remove rights or provenance notices, or interfere with the service or other accounts. Restrictions on analysis or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

6. Contributions and conduct

If a feature allows you to submit reviews, comments, images or other material, submit only material you have the necessary rights to share. You retain any rights you hold in your contribution. You grant us the permission necessary to store, display, format and moderate it for the operation of the feature you use. This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising use of your name or image.

Follow the Community Guidelines and Blocked Content Policy. We may remove material or restrict accounts for unlawful activity, a material breach, credible security concerns or a binding legal requirement. Our response will take account of the circumstances and seriousness of the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the reason and how to challenge the decision under the Complaint Policy.

7. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may make changes needed to maintain security, fix defects, meet legal obligations or keep the service compatible with its technical environment. Necessary updates form part of our obligations for digital content and services.

During continuing supply, changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity may be made for justified reasons such as adapting to new technology, licensing changes or changes in user demand. Such changes will not carry an additional charge and will be explained clearly. If a change has more than a minor adverse effect on your access or use, we will provide advance information on a durable medium and the statutory right to terminate without charge within 30 days of the information or the change, whichever is later. That right does not arise where the law allows us to preserve access to an unchanged, conforming version at no extra cost.

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. For an existing continuing contract, we will give advance notice of a proposed material change and any right to reject it or end the contract. Where agreement is legally required, we will obtain it. A website update alone does not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Price changes are addressed in the Payment and Refund Policy.

8. Ending access

You may stop using the website at any time and may request account deletion by emailing support email. Ending a subscription stops renewal under the Payment and Refund Policy. Account deletion also ends any recurring subscription associated with that account. We will explain the loss of saved content and unused account benefits before carrying out deletion.

We may end an account for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, or another valid legal reason. Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, we may first require it to be corrected. Termination does not automatically extinguish a statutory refund, a valid complaint or an outstanding payment obligation. If we discontinue a paid service, we will address prepaid access and unused paid benefits in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

9. Responsibility

We supply the digital content and service with the characteristics, functionality and conformity required by the contract and applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access in every circumstance or that every story will match an individual preference. This does not exclude remedies for non-supply, defects, recurring material interruptions or misleading descriptions.

The service is intended for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from an unauthorised commercial use, or for loss caused solely by circumstances for which we have no legal responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to a person's natural rights or mandatory consumer protection.

10. Czech law and disputes

These Terms and purchases are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and applicable consumer protection legislation. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protection under mandatory law that applies regardless of the choice of law, including qualifying protections of the country of habitual residence.

Disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose an exclusive forum that removes a consumer's mandatory right to use another competent court. The Complaint Policy identifies the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's consumer dispute resolution procedure.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent the contract can lawfully continue. No provision waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
