1. Prohibited material
The following is prohibited, whether real, fictional, drawn, manipulated or generated with artificial intelligence:
- Sexual content involving a person who is, or is represented as, under 18; child sexual abuse or exploitation material; grooming; and material facilitating child exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including fabricated or manipulated sexual depictions of an identifiable real person without consent.
- Sexual depictions of animals, sexual exploitation, trafficking or material facilitating sexual violence.
- Terrorist recruitment or propaganda, credible threats, incitement to violence, or instructions intended to facilitate serious harm or crime.
- Material encouraging suicide or self-injury, or providing practical instructions to carry it out.
- Hateful attacks or incitement to discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
- Private or confidential information disclosed unlawfully, deceptive impersonation, or material that violates another person's image, privacy or personality rights.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, pirated material, fraud, scams, malicious software and other unlawful content.
Fictional context or an AI label does not excuse prohibited material. Mature fictional themes involving adults are assessed in their context and must still comply with applicable law and these rules.
2. Reporting and action
Email support email with a direct link and a description of the concern. Do not download, reproduce or attach suspected child sexual abuse material; identify its location instead. We may request information needed to understand a report, but unnecessary sensitive information should not be sent.
We may restrict access while reviewing a credible report, remove prohibited material, and take action against accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations. Where required by law, relevant information may be provided to competent authorities.
The Content Removal Policy describes requests concerning particular material. The Complaint Policy explains how to challenge a decision. Removal does not create a voluntary refund entitlement, and it does not exclude remedies required by law.
