Payment and Refund Policy
Effective date: effective date
This Policy applies to purchases on https://toonyhub.com from Adgenious s.r.o., Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, IČO 19103999, VAT CZ19103999. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Billing and refund enquiries: support email.
1. Prices and payments
Before you pay, checkout displays the product, price, currency, applicable taxes and any recurring payment terms. Available payment methods are shown there. Charges are made in the displayed currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate or charge fees under its own agreement with you.
By confirming a recurring subscription, you authorise the disclosed recurring charges using your selected payment method until renewal is cancelled. This authorisation does not cover undisclosed purchases or increases that require your agreement. We provide a purchase confirmation and the applicable billing details by email.
2. Subscription periods and renewal
Subscription options follow billing periods of 1, 4, 12 or 24 weeks, as offered at checkout. These are periods of 7, 28, 84 or 168 days, respectively, rather than calendar months. Your selected period, recurring price and renewal date are identified in your purchase confirmation and account details.
Each subscription renews automatically for the disclosed period at the applicable agreed price. Any trial or introductory price, its duration and the subsequent recurring charge are disclosed before purchase. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, there is no free trial.
We will notify you of a proposed recurring price change before it takes effect, allowing you to stop renewal before the new price is charged. We will obtain your agreement where required by law. A price change does not alter the price of an already paid period.
3. Cancelling renewal
To stop automatic renewal, email support email using your account email address or include information that lets us identify the subscription.
Your subscription access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for the following subscription period. You may subscribe again later. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the current paid period or unused time, except where a refund is required by law.
Stopping use of the website or unsubscribing from marketing messages does not, by itself, cancel a subscription.
4. Changing a plan
If a plan change is offered, its price, effective date, new billing interval and treatment of remaining paid time are shown before you confirm it. A confirmed change takes effect as specified in that offer. For an immediate change, the remaining paid period is carried forward into the new plan as disclosed in the confirmation. No additional plan purchase is made without your authorisation.
5. Refund policy
We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Refunds are available only where required by applicable law.
Subject to those rights, subscription charges, renewals, plan changes and add-ons are non-refundable. Changing your mind about a story, not using the service, forgetting to cancel or making an unwanted purchase does not create a separate commercial refund entitlement.
This Policy does not exclude a valid statutory withdrawal, a remedy for defective or undelivered digital content or services, or a remedy for an unauthorised or incorrect charge. Statutory rights are not subject to an episode limit or a voluntary refund-request window. The provisions below explain the principal Czech and EU consumer rights; any other mandatory rights that apply remain available.
6. Statutory withdrawal for distance contracts
Withdrawal period and notice
Where you have a statutory right to withdraw, you may withdraw from a contract for digital content or services within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions below. This is a legal right, not an additional satisfaction guarantee.
Notify Adgenious s.r.o. by a clear statement sent to support email or to Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic. You may use the form below, but do not have to. Sending your withdrawal before the deadline is sufficient. The period may be extended if information required by law was not provided.
An automatic renewal under the same properly disclosed contract does not normally start a new withdrawal period. A new agreement or another circumstance required by applicable law may do so.
Immediate supply of digital content
For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the withdrawal right is lost after supply begins only where you have first expressly consented to supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received the contract confirmation required by law recording that consent and acknowledgement.
Accepting general terms or merely opening content does not replace those requirements. If the conditions for loss of the right are not met, the applicable statutory withdrawal protection remains.
Services started during the withdrawal period
Where a purchase is legally a service rather than digital content, requesting an early start does not by itself remove the withdrawal right. If you expressly requested early performance and received the required information, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for performance up to withdrawal. For a paid service, loss of the withdrawal right upon full performance requires the prior express consent and acknowledgement specified by law.
Reimbursement after withdrawal
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, subject only to deductions permitted by law. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. If the withdrawal concerns digital content and the legal requirements for charging for early supply were not met, we do not deduct an amount simply because you accessed that content.
7. Non-supply, defects and incorrect charges
Contact support email if paid access is not delivered, digital content or a service does not conform to the contract, or a charge is incorrect. Explain the issue and provide available account and transaction details. Do not send your password or complete payment-card details.
For non-supply, you can require supply and, where the statutory conditions are met, end the contract and obtain the appropriate reimbursement. For defective digital content or services, you can require the defect to be remedied without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, unless that remedy is impossible or disproportionate. A proportionate price reduction or termination is available in the circumstances provided by law, including an unremedied, repeated or sufficiently serious defect. Termination for a defect may be unavailable where the defect is only minor and the law permits that restriction.
We are responsible for conformity throughout a contracted period of continuous supply. For a one-off supply to a consumer, Czech statutory protection also covers qualifying defects existing at supply that become apparent within two years. Obligations concerning necessary updates remain applicable. A problem caused solely by an incompatible environment disclosed before purchase or by misuse is assessed under the applicable statutory rules; it does not justify refusing unrelated valid claims.
Where Czech digital-content rules require reimbursement following termination or a price reduction, it is made without undue delay and within the statutory 14-day period following notice of the relevant right, using the original method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. The Complaint Policy explains how to submit and pursue a complaint.
8. Refunds, disputes and access
Where a purchase contract is validly withdrawn from or terminated, the associated access ends as required by the resulting settlement. If a transaction is refunded or reversed, the related paid entitlement may be adjusted accordingly.
You may contact us about a disputed charge, but contacting us first is not a condition of exercising rights against your bank or payment provider. We may investigate fraud or a disputed payment and take proportionate steps concerning the affected purchase. A dispute does not automatically forfeit unrelated paid content or statutory remedies.
Content removal or an account restriction does not create a voluntary refund entitlement. It also does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
9. Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Using this form is optional.
