Content Removal Policy
Effective date: effective date
This Policy explains how to report material on https://toonyhub.com to Adgenious s.r.o. for removal or restriction. It covers suspected unlawful content, privacy and personality-rights concerns, non-consensual intimate imagery and breaches of the Blocked Content Policy. Copyright reports are also addressed in the Copyright Policy.
1. Making a report
Send your report to support email. Include:
- The exact page or content URL and enough information to locate the material.
- An explanation of the concern, including the right, law or policy you believe is affected.
- Relevant supporting information and your authority to act for another person, where applicable.
- A contact address for follow-up, unless a legal exception permits an anonymous report.
- A statement that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that the report is made in good faith.
If material resembles you or another identifiable real person, explain the resemblance and the privacy, consent or other rights concern. A fictional or AI-generated origin does not by itself resolve that concern. We may ask for proportionate verification where needed; do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
Do not send copies of suspected child sexual abuse material. A location and explanation are sufficient to alert us to it. Contact the relevant emergency authority if there is an immediate danger to a person.
2. Review and outcome
We assess the information provided, the rights involved and any applicable legal requirements. We may restrict access while a credible concern is investigated, request clarification or seek relevant information from a rights holder or content provider.
Where a report is substantiated, we may remove the material, limit its availability, correct it or take another appropriate measure. We handle reports without undue delay, with priority for serious safety concerns and any binding legal deadlines. A report does not guarantee removal where no sufficient legal or policy basis is established.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we communicate the outcome and the reasons to the reporter and affected user. A person who disagrees may request review under the Complaint Policy. Any additional notice, appeal or dispute-resolution rights required by applicable law remain available.
3. Information used for reports
Reports and supporting evidence are processed under the Privacy Notice. Relevant information may be shared with a person responding to a claim, service providers, advisers or competent authorities where necessary and lawful. We seek to avoid disclosing unnecessary personal information and cannot promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is legally required.
The Payment and Refund Policy governs the financial consequences of removal, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
