Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to your use of ToonyHub, operated by Adgenious s.r.o., including any comments, reviews, submissions and communications through https://toonyhub.com. They form part of the Terms of Service.

1. Respect others

Do not threaten, harass, stalk or impersonate another person. Do not target people with hateful or discriminatory abuse, expose private information, or send unsolicited commercial messages. Criticism of a story or service is allowed; threats and targeted abuse are not.

2. Use the service lawfully

You must not use ToonyHub to commit fraud, exploit children, distribute unlawful material, infringe another person's rights or facilitate criminal conduct. The Blocked Content Policy describes prohibited material in more detail. Those rules apply to text and visual material, including content created or altered with artificial intelligence.

Do not compromise accounts, bypass authentication or payment restrictions, distribute malicious software, disrupt the service, or collect other users' data without authority. Access the service through supported interfaces and respect the personal-use licence in the Terms of Service.

3. Contributions

Post only material you have the right to share. Do not misrepresent authorship, identity, affiliation or factual information relevant to another person's rights. Do not remove copyright notices or required labels identifying manipulated or AI-generated content. Any contribution must comply with the rules applicable to the feature used.

4. Moderation

We may review reported material and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting a feature, suspending an account or ending access for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve evidence or notify competent authorities where legally appropriate. An account restriction does not remove a statutory consumer remedy.

To report a concern, email support email with the relevant link and a description. Decisions may be challenged under the Complaint Policy. Rights-related removal requests are covered by the Content Removal Policy and Copyright Policy.
