Copyright Policy

Effective date: effective date

Adgenious s.r.o. respects intellectual property rights on https://toonyhub.com. This Policy provides a way for rights holders and authorised representatives to report alleged infringement and for affected parties to respond. Czech copyright law, including Act No. 121/2000 Coll., and other applicable mandatory rules govern the rights involved.

1. Reporting infringement

Send a report to support email containing:

  • Your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder if you act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the protected work or other right, with a link or description that allows us to understand the claim.
  • The exact URL of each item on ToonyHub that you believe infringes that right.
  • An explanation of the alleged infringement and your authority to make the report.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the challenged use is not authorised by the rights holder, an authorised representative or applicable law, and that the information in your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Your physical or electronic signature where needed to authenticate the report.

Consider applicable licences, exceptions and limitations before reporting. Owning a similar idea, style or subject matter does not necessarily establish copyright infringement. Knowingly false reports may have legal consequences.

2. Assessment and restrictions

We may request clarification, review relevant licences and explanations, and restrict or remove access where the claim is substantiated or another legal basis requires action. We may also take proportionate measures against repeated infringement. Urgent action may be taken where necessary; a report does not automatically establish that infringement occurred.

An assertion that material was created with artificial intelligence does not determine whether it infringes another person's rights. We assess the particular work and use involved.

3. Responding to a report

If your material is affected and you believe the action was mistaken, contact support email. Identify the material and decision, provide your contact details, and explain the licence, ownership, exception or other reason supporting your position. Relevant supporting documents can be included. You may also request review under the Complaint Policy.

We assess a response and may maintain, revise or reverse the restriction as appropriate. Information necessary to resolve the dispute may be shared with the reporting party, subject to applicable privacy requirements. Submission of a report or response does not require a general waiver of your legal rights.

This reporting channel does not replace court proceedings or a statutory notice procedure. If a specific mandatory notice or counter-notice procedure applies, its requirements and time limits govern.

Personal data in reports is handled under the Privacy Notice. For privacy, likeness or non-consensual imagery concerns, use the Content Removal Policy.
